Subway, a Spanish company, has an amazing and interesting solution for compact technique floors. Its called STC and is based on a modular grid.
All the installation of the STC is based on steel prefabricated sections. Starting with a preplanning session, small steel squares are installed making a basic grid of points. Then, the steel sections are placed between the squares. Afterwards, all the installation is leveled. Finally, the grid is filled with concrete and the finish is applied. The finish circle can be personalized and different from the principal floor.
We encourage you to watch the video available in their website. It is really illustrative of how the process is carried out.
